Tenant Services
“I’ve been working with Property Management of Kootenai County for about a year and a half now. Every time I’ve needed something fixed or to put a work order in, the problem has been solved quickly and efficiently. There is never a lack of communication between us as renters and the property management team. This has made the renting experience for my family and I a breeze and would definitely go through them first! Where you know what’s going on and never in the dark! Lynn and Ashley are by far the most caring and helpful people.”
“My experience with Property Management of Kootenai County has been nothing but exemplary and a breath of fresh air. We had 3 days to move and they were more than helpful in us getting into our place and worked with us to get it done. Now having been there a while, any questions or services needed is pretty much immediate. Highly recommend!”
“Ashley has been a fantastic landlord! Even from the day we met her, she was all smiles and very welcoming. She had to take a short amount of time off for personal matters and did a fantastic job of informing us and having someone else take over for her while she couldn’t be there. She has the best maintenance man in the whole world as well. Lynn, the maintenance man, is very efficient and kind and responds effectively. I love this company and appreciate everything they have started and continue to do for me and my family!”
